And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Els Enfarinats, one of the world’s greatest food fights. Every December 28, the people of Ibi (Valencia, Spain) dress in military clothes and fight using fireworks, flour bombs, and eggs.
I know this is a lighthearted Web presence. But...😩... My wife and dogs are hungry. Me too, as I think about it. It's great to see abundance and abandon. But damn - I'd love to eat those eggs. Yes sir I would.
Do they make egg noodles afterwards?
