And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Is this supposed to be in defense of graffiti? Apple and oranges comparison. The junk sprayed all over the place on peoples' private property should be grounds for an immediate long term prison sentence.
If graffiti actually looked like that, people would spray it with UV-resistant lacquer, not a power washer.
But is doesn't, so they don't.
Most urban graffiti taggers should have a hand cut off for each offense. Then feet for 3d and 4th offenses. Log recidivism, and see if that idea works. I'm betting the declines after the first offense would be logarithmic.

Where I camp some times ,somebody uses charcoal and draws pictographs of wild life where I'm at, 4wheelers stuck trucks hang overs. Just funny.
