I'd call that a manufacturing problem, rather than an unloading problem

Seems unnaturally fragile.

  1. No reinforcing steel. There should be a wire mesh embedded in the concrete.

    1. It's the third world...they usually don't use metal to reinforce concrete. I've seen them use bamboo instead of re-bar...which is why the buildings all come down in an earthquake. They also mix a lot of sand in the concrete to save money.

      Delete
