And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Hate. Envy also. Once people fall under this spell they can not be reasoned with, nothing will help change their minds. Terrible. Very critical element in the agenda of subvert and destroy trad western world.
I have done pottery (as a hobby) since 1976. That is 48 years. Most potters and other "artists" do not feel that their work is great...at least not until they start selling it.
I am going to hazard a guess that this disgruntled "artist" is addicted to the internet and ass wipes online "dislike" their work so it's now "bad."
I’ve thrown pots for 40 years and did some ceramics before that. All the folks I know that try to sell their work start by figuring out which 1% of all their work is worth anything and then smashing the other 99%. Repeating this cycle on a monthly basis makes you a better artist and gives you more grog than you can possibly use in the rest of your lifetime. Eventually, your cull rate gets to about a 20-30% save proportion. You can sell the remainder cheaply as functional ware at boot sales. Just a thought.
I certainly did not smash my clay work...unless it was flawed and would be considered a "second." But I have sold some of my early work pretty cheaply. It was maybe 10 years of throwing pots before I decided to sell some. Losing my "pottery virginity" back in 1989 was a really fun experience.
