And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I use mine as an inexpensive bsking steel to make onlomg pizza on the grill. When cold it makes a great heat sink to put under your Dutch oven when baking bread, halfway through the bake when you take the lid off. Keeps the bottom of loaf from getting scorched.
Used to use it to grill steaks on the stove, then I got a square lodge pan with grilling surface, only covers one burner. So I only use this on the outside grill now.
Sadly, the lip around the edge prevents use on an induction cook top. (Yes, I tried)

I have one for my Weber grill and I find breakfast cooked on it tastes better. Toast is exceptional. I also cook asparagus and corn
