And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Adding the third tail light was common for the early 60's Chevy's. Could even get it added by the dealer. A bit of controversy on whether to restore to factory correct, or leave it as a common dealer accessory/add-on.

DeleteI owned a 64. If that's a 64 they have added a tail light and changed the side gills to a 67. That is a bastardized car no doubt.
