And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

That looks like an old Lincoln SA-200 '"Pipeliner" welder. I'll bet over the course of time Lincoln must have made a million of them. The one I had even came with a crank start.
When I saw that truck and welder in the picture I imagined the guy had a tough, hot day working in the sun and stopped by for a cold one on the way home.
