The Tow Truck Driver Made It Out At The Last Possible Second

  1. The tow truck driver may have made it out, but what about the person steering the semi? At least I would assume somebody had to be steering the semi since the tow truck was dragging it with a cable.

  2. The Forest Service is pretty famous for out-sloping their roads. This saves them money by not having to maintain ditches and culverts.
The simple rule to live by when you know you're in an area with slick soil on an out-sloped road is "Don't go in and you won't have to worry about getting out".

    2. You bet.
I could write a book about my lifetime of working with* the U.S. Forest Service. Its title could be "Fun Follies with the Forest Service".

*You'll notice I said 'with' and not 'for' the Forest Service.
