  2. '49 Ford: recall some PD's replacing the grill's center bullet with a red light. Knew a guy that reversed the shift pattern by turning the shift stalk from right-to-left. Lanky sort of guy, enjoyed driving cross-legged - never missed a shift.

    '49 and '50 had single bullet grills --'51 had two bullets, and since in this sketch the bullet is off center, it has 2 bullets
    still a nice car, my grandfather willed me his pristine, hardly driven '49 when he passed away in '67
