And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I had a '62 Lark when I was 17. The original sticker was still in the glove box. It listed for $2250 back then. I saw one for sale a couple years ago outside Burnet TX for $14,000. 4 door, three on the tree, radio, original upholstery and paint, V8...I passed.
We used to have a guy around Trenton NJ back in the mid to late 60's that has a Lark with the Avanti engine in it. It was pretty bad ass.
