  1. After having lived in Japan for a few years, I understand that Shoyu has a far more complex and better flavor than Soy sauce. Since my wife is allergic to both, we don't partake of either.

  2. Spent a year in Okinawa. Every restaurant and food vendor I ate at used Kikkoman. Made in USA!

    If you have an Asian market it can be purchased for about half of what Amazon charges.
