And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Nice! In 1984 I had a deal with a guy that had a 67 fastback that had the 2+2 seating, AC, 4-speed trans, and the 200 CI I-6 engine that was very worn. He had a SVO on order. I found a 351 small block and had it balanced and blueprinted where it ended up being 357 CI with the heads that were recommended. I had acquired a Doug Nash reverse H 5-speed for it. The dipshit wrapped the 67 around a pine tree driving drunk. He walked away. My drivetrain ended up in a 72 F-100.
...Just trying to imagine a Canadian version of Bullitt. A car chase on the dead straight Trans-Canadian, maybe? Boring enough? Or: "You sent us to guard the wrong man, Mr. Chalmers - eh?"
Nice!
