  3. Wow, real, live, Wing Tips.
I haven't seen a pair of those since my Old Man died ten years ago.
His were still highly polished when we pulled them out of his closet and I would almost bet he was buried in them.

  4. I wore wingtips for decades while I worked. Wingtips and penny loafers.

  6. I have heard it a million times but what is a pretty penny? I know the phrase means very expensive, but they are not even copper any more.

  8. Nice shoes. But they ain't worth a tarnished penny in my neck of the woods.

  9. I would pay no more than an ugly nickle for them. They would be in the trash the next day!

  10. I would rather have that box than the shoes.

  11. Super slippery. You'd be on your ass with your fancy shoes up in the air into time.

    1. I agree completely. Any man that would wear those is most likely going to be on his knees with ass in the air but not from a fall

    2. DUDES!!! Wear the shoes twice and the bottoms will be scuffed up and not slippery any longer! Have you been wearing sneakers for so long that you don't understand dress shoes and how they work?

  12. a. Those are cap toes, not wingtips

    b. All you manly men who think those are for sissies are missing the fact that wearers of suits and dress shoes are worth a whole helluva lot more money than you'll ever be in your work shoes.
