  6. I want to do that with train cars.
    Even if I have to build them from scratch from the bogies up.

    Bonus: If they're on wheels of any kind, they don't fall under the building code nor can be property-taxed; they're vehicles. :P ;)

    1. I saw that done. Think it was in Sunnyvale, Silicon Valley, near Wolfe Rd. Not obvious at first, since they made some effort to hide the origin. Part of a commercial plot, IIRC.
