  1. I have one and can do fantastic smoking with a regular Weber. Maintains a steady temp for 4+hours. The water reservoir is really great for helping the smoke cling to the meat.

    1. I had a Weber 22" for maybe fifteen years that I used regularly. I wish I'd have known about this little tool during those years - it would have been great fun experimenting with it.
