And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Looks like a first-timer lifting too much weight. My gym right now is overrun by these New Year Resolutioners who come in, take up all the machines, sit there texting about how BUFF they're gonna be, and using such bad form that they're going to get injured, like this guy above. Sigh... but thankfully, by mid-February to mid-March, they will begin falling off and won't be a bother anymore... until next year at this time.
