  1. Looks like a first-timer lifting too much weight. My gym right now is overrun by these New Year Resolutioners who come in, take up all the machines, sit there texting about how BUFF they're gonna be, and using such bad form that they're going to get injured, like this guy above. Sigh... but thankfully, by mid-February to mid-March, they will begin falling off and won't be a bother anymore... until next year at this time.

  5. If that's "too much weight" for Meal Team Six, he needs to start with less fork lifts, and more table push-ups.

    But the face/crotch two-fer was excellent.
