And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Big cats kept in captivity. Fed regularly. They may have never needed to hunt for themselves. They aren't hungry and don't view the goose as food. Otherwise that goose would be an instant meal. In the wild that goose wouldn't have lasted five seconds against even a bobcat.
Nothing like a guard goose for furious. Course cats are usually easy to bluff. .

ReplyDeleteI have seen a Canada Goose defending its mate and nest from bobcats, the bobcat did not have goose that day.
