And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? McDonalds food has gone to crap, menu is too big and everything tastes like card board. Nothing is freshly cooked but brought in boxes and put in hot water, food served cold never piping hot. French fries used to be the best but once they changed the frying oil they taste like garbage, same for KFC, changed the oil and yuck bitter taste galore.
Worked there during High School in the 60's. Worked the fryers. Smelled like a French fry after work.
ReplyDeleteFrom the old beef-tallow days

ReplyDeleteUsed to eat 3 burgers, 2 fries and a chocolate shake almost everyday. Cost like $2 or less. 15 cents ea lowest I remember.
