    Companies that don't innovate, die.

    1. Kodak invented the digital camera, but the profit margin was too low compared to film so they sat on it.

    2. They were afraid it would cut into their own film business.

      Now they don't have a film business.
      Moore's Law has buried them.
      Their stock has gone from $33/share to $4/share in just the last 10 years.
      It's worse over the last 30 years.

      Myopia is frequently fatal. Even for people who understand lenses and light.

  3. I own my father's folding camera. It used 110 film and shot split screen photos.
