And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Nice, but building a fire in the grass like that doesn't seem safe
Yeah, but just look at all the shiny cool carefully staged gear! I'm so envious of the obviously accomplished and nature savvy poser. I mean, nature savvy, testosterone laden, survivalist type dude. And his instagram skills.

ReplyDelete"Wet" grass from dew isn't a reassurance if you're REALLY setting up a camp cooking. Might be as dry as hell at the roots level.

Clear it down to mineral dirt at least twice the size of your fire base.
