Maybe not a good idea

  1. You know, we take civilization for granted in the first world, but in most of the rest of the world electricity is just magicke and it's a wonder they don't all electrocute themselves. I just consider it natural selection in populations that can't or won't go to the effort to learn anything.

    Including, sadly, some wide swaths of our country also.

  2. This is the circuit breaker equivalent to the old stick a penny in the fuse box method of "repair".

    1. Disabling a device that prevents your house from burning down if you have a short in the walls because rats ate the insulation seems like a pretty bad idea to me.
