  2. In Britain there is a Single Vehicle Application (SVA) that allows people to build kit cars and licence them for the road. A kit car or heavily modified vehicle will be given a licence/registration number starting with a Q like this one has. Cadbury had five egg-mobiles built as promotional vehicles.

  9. Cadbury Creme Egg promotional car built on a Bedford Rascal chassis and registered as such in the UK. Perfectly street legal and will drive much like a standard Bedford Rascal - scary at the best of times if pushed hard.
