And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It's not what it looks like.... it's a bluster outside the tire casing... it's not under pressure from the core... it's an air pocket that was there when manufactured...the tire is under vacuum when manufactured and sometimes a small air pocket can get between outer skin and the casing then under normal use it can get warm and expand...you have to pop it to keep the outer skin from getting delaminated..
Because he's just pretending. There's a decent volume of air about 85-90 PSI waiting to escape and while some people stupid stuff that guy doesn't look like one of them.

One hopes he's smart enough to just be jesting. Semi tires carry a ton of air pressure. The can do real damage when they blowout.
