And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I got one of this type for my Dad for Father's Day about 20 years ago. When I next spoke to him about it he said the first thing he did was slice one of his fingers open just touching it.
I never could get the "hang" of the English saws. Always had blade drift. Once I got one of these; boy howdy, what a difference. Now I can get a 1/8 inch slice off the board!
Have had one for years. Thin blade, very easy to make freehand precise cuts. Side with the coarse teeth good for pruning.
