Mmm mmm good.I do likewise but I put them on parchment so they not stick to the pan.I also lightly sprinkle with salt to increase the tang and heat.Then I pack them into jars and fill with olive oil.

Excellent – I can just smell it! My wife does the same with a little onion and peppers, then into the food processor to be used as tomato paste/sauce or as soup. Mmmm.
