All that weird science for ten cents - a deal!

  1. Strange Adventures was my comic of choice back in my grammar school days. Couldn't wait for the next issue.

  3. I got questions. The exhaust plume of the rocket stretches back to the mushroom cloud. Is the mushroom cloud the result of kick-starting an atom rocket drive (no, don't ask me to explain an atom rocket drive) on the ground rather than in orbit, as designed? Did the atomic war begin because the scientists are such sanctimonious, elitist jerks that the rest of the world decided to nuke their headquarters, but the stuck-up bastards managed to escape at the last moment? There's only one mushroom cloud in the illustration. Why was the first warhead lobbed at what appears to be a ground zero at a crossroads a few miles northwest of Bandera, Texas?

  4. "Weird Science". The 2020 edition to the present fables were written by Anthony Fauci and the magazine publisher is Pfizer.
