And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
If you like Battlemechs then I can recommend two good video games: Battletech and Mechwarrior 5. Both are available on GoG dot com (Good old Games). If you can wait, they usually have a sale every few weeks and you can get them cheap. Most of the games on GoG are DRM-free.
Vanilla for both games is okay but if you use mods then you can get a whole lot more out of them.
For Battletech I recommend the "BTA 3062" mod pack. Download and install takes several hours but very worth it.
For MW5 I recommend the "Yet Another ..." group of mods and "Advanced Zoom" which are all available for free on NexusMods dot com (free login required). Haha, try a Boar's Head Atlas with six clan heavy large lasers, laser overchange modules, and a bunch of prototype heat sinks. Or try a Kaiju King Crab with six clan ER PPCs, PPC capacitors, and an IC XL engine. Another good combo is a Madauder II 4HP with six clan LRM15s, and four clan heavy medium lasers. The MAD-4HP is good for AI team mates.
For The cost of one Vulture you can get 2 1/2 Awesomes. Or 11 Urbanmechs. You can also source parts locally. Unlike Clan equipment which requires a 1 year roundtrip. It's why they lost. Pay your phone bill, ComStar.

MadCat is the best mix of Armor, firepower and speed in the game. And I agree about the Awesome
