And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
A matter of importance in shop vac performance is how it exhausts the sir going through it. I have a shop vac that exhausts around the entire perimeter of the motor housing and it blows shit all over the place which is a PITA.
I have another one that exhausts through a single 2.5" pipe and I put a muffler on it which reduces the sound a little and stifles the brash flow of air. This Dewalt has a single pipe, so that is good.
12 gal is a big one! Even a small one can be a huge help (and immediate help!) when water gets in the wrong place.

any shopvac is designed not be moved, not keep the top secured, and to fall apart.
