And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
There are better ones available that have both a hand crank dynamo and solar cell for charging - very compact & light! Used them on a wilderness trip a couple of years ago and they worked out great.
Here's a better deal, that I bought last year. They throw a LOT of light and the batteries last a long time. Solar and crank lanterns are mostly useless. The solar barely works and nobody's gonna sit around cranking.
My sister bought me one last year. It works swell. I used it last night inside of the cab of my Toyota FJ-40 snow plow. Rodents ate the wires so no inside lights.
I have 3 similar ones that are great during power blackouts. Cheap too.
