And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Even if it's entirely paid for, the taxes, insurance, daily maintenance and upkeep will cost $10k per month. If I could afford that I would not do it. I prefer my privacy over everything else. For that kind of money I'd buy a thousand acres on the edge of the mountains and build a 2000 square foot cabin for my wife and me and live the rest of my days there and be as happy as a clam.
