And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I rented a cabin in the NC mountains last spring that had a Rectec RT-590. I was so impressed with it I have decided my next grill will be a Rectec. I was able to smoke a Boston Butt at 200 degrees, trout at 300, and sear a ribeye at 700 degrees. There were no hot spots and the heat was uniform. The searing tray worked great.
