1) Buy light. 2) Take stupid pretentious fixture off top, replace with $20 LED task lamp. 3) Replace brace with triple chain (unless it is already, can't tell), and put short spikes on leg tips. 4) Now you have a wicked sturdy all-terrain tripod for serious business.
