Cinnamon Apple Whiskey Sour - Great Fall Cocktail

 


  • 2 oz (60 ml) Whiskey

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Apple Cider (unfiltered, unsweetened juice)

  • 1 oz Cinnamon Syrup

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg White

  • Garnish w/Cinnamon Powder & Apple Slice

  2. Foams it up and makes it look classy. No flavor to speak of in egg whites, it mixes with the sugar and the liquor keeps it suspended.

    1. A word of caution. The egg white weirdly makes a lot of pressure when shaken. Release the pressure frequently or you'll wear the drink ( I know, it happened to me!) rather than sip it.
