Low back seats not good for the back and neck. I don't know why manufacturers can't make comfortable seating. If your favorite recliner doesn't support your head/neck, and most don't, it's not good for you.
I don't like seeing the building through the window in the bottom photo. Give me woods or mountains, preferably both, maybe a lake too (not too close).
If one can afford a cleaning crew (preferably of sexy cat-girl maids), sure. Otherwise I'll pass:-).
