And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Really cool car! I rode in one in high school in the 70's (this one looks much newer). Had a Chrysler 383 engine. Owned by a guy a few years older than my parents, he and his wife had no kids of their own, but wanted to provide positive mentoring to high school teenagers. His interesting life stories helped some of us make less bad choices, his car (along with the rest of his life) provided some weight to his mentoring. No, he knew too much about young men to let them actually drive it. ART

That's what you get when you blend an Avanti with a Porsche.
ReplyDeleteOr a Jag with a Pacer. Ugly.
Delete10 mpg
ReplyDeleteSeen one of these this summer in the Great American Race. Made in England for the US market.
ReplyDeleteIn the early 70's there was a Jensen Dealership in downtown Oakland, California. The Interceptor, at that time, cost $6000...same as an E type Jaguar.
ReplyDeleteIf I were Jay Leno rich I would have one.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a Pacer
ReplyDeleteThe Pacer was the ugliest car ever until the Pontiac Aztec came out.
