Every campfire needs one of these

  1. Pretty expensive for something with a lot of poor reviews.

  2. There are others made in stainless steel that have a bail and are less expensive too.

    1. True, Aggie. I've got a couple at my trout camp, 14 cuppers. We typically run them on the camp stove, but they'll work over a campfire too. Have had them for over 20 years. The ones I have are similar to this one, which is just a 9 cupper. (copy link to your browser).

  3. Used one like that for years, camping with my son. Throw away the perk basket. And make “Cowboy coffee “
Now THAT will wake you up in the morning!

  4. If you smear hand soap or some other soap all over the bottom and halfway up the sides before you place one like this over a campfire, it makes cleaning the soot off of it much easier after use.

  5. I got one sorta like that on the stove right now. Every day use. Perc coffee tastes like home.
