And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I picked up a bottle at a BBQ contest in NC a couple of years back. I tried the Sweet Hot on a few different meats. It is very sweet and has an odd hot flavor that doesn't work for me on anything but wings and it is not very hot.
You need to try https://eatcbq.com and get some of their Sweet Heat sauce. Their rubs are also very good.
For super-fresh salmon, OK. But I respectfully suggest a white wine Bechemel sauce with plenty of fresh, finely chopped dill and a chopped-up hard-boiled egg might do no harm.
"A Washington DC-style Wing Sauce" That must mean it tastes like gravy to politicians, but is sour and gives only heartburn to taxpayers.
