And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That's a good idea - also, dry ice is now pretty commonly available at a lot of the big grocery stores, where you buy a chunk by the pound. -110°F will chill quickly too....

DeleteThe faster it freezes, the smaller the ice crystals and the better the texture. These freezers are good at that, but liquid nitrogen is better.
DeleteNo, a traditional ice-cream maker has a crank handle. I ate that ice cream as a child.
