And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
There were lots of problems with the engines. The two Mikulin AM-5 engines went through evolutionary changes, finally settling on one that became known as the Turmansky RD-9. If one of the two engines flamed out, you were screwed.
There was one at Stead Airport (near Reno, NV) four or five years ago and I tried to figure out how to scam a flight but it didn't work. But CW knows people - has pull.
