And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I cannot imagine how angry democrats must be with the choices they have. they may just give up and take their mahjong tiles home in a huff. on the other hand, as Sun Tsu has said on his commentary, never redirect your enemies aim from their own foot when it is in your own interest that your enemy be dancing on the one foot. I for one, no longer believe the democrat party as a whole has the best interests of the country in their collective minds. the rank and file of democrats outside NYC and LA must look at this field of socialist nincompoops, marketing failures and geriatric communists and simply seethe with anger towards their leadership. whatever choice the democrat voter makes will be political suicide at best and killing the golden egg laying goose at worst. you poor, poor bastards. For you all I feel nothing at all. for what you are receiving now you are truly worthy. you get us as a nation into all together too many wars with foolish policies and brain numbing agendas. but that is just my surface personal opinion and means nothing to anyone but me. you wouldn't like to hear what I really think of it all.
I couldn't have said it better myself. Would anyone -- WILL anyone -- mourn the death of the DNC? No one that I know, except a few libs in my outer circle, whom I will gladly watch melt down. Schadenfreude runs deep in me when it comes to liberal tears.
This is the best the Demonrats have got? A corrupt senile ex-vice president who is a gaff a minute embarrassment to himself, his party and the nation that was the frontrunner and now is a dead man walking after Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada; a billionaire who can’t decide which political party he represents and whose news organization of the same name defends China every chance it gets; a multi-millionaire communist who disavows capitalism who is now the front runner, after Nevada and will probably be the Demonrat nominee; a woman who has been lying about her cultural heritage since high school to gain appointments and jobs that have made her a multi-millionaire; a gay first term mayor of a city in Indiana that is smaller than one I live in and a woman whose name recognition is best described as “Who?”.
I've had alfred as a screen saver for many years if only to remind me that my world view doesn't jibe with what other people see from their own viewpoints. It reminds me that my personal opinions do not advance the relevance of my personal ideals and views nor relieve the suffering of the ignorant. such is taught by life experience and it is a shame today's politicians fail to learn anything from their own pasts.
The way I see it is there are too many yellow dog Democrats who will pull the lever marked “D” simply because. They might disagree within their own party about their candidate’s position on certain issues but that will not alter their vote
As I see it, our only hope is Trump’s re-election and his continual push for conservative judges.
Less than 60,000 people participated in the NV primary yesterday, and 20,000 of them voted Bernie for a solid win. Out of a population of over 3,000,000 people. I wonder when the half that are Democrats start figuring out that a small energized population is setting up their candidate choices for 2020. Bernie has been furious since 2016 at having the candidacy stolen from him, but he hasn't been demoralized by it. Now he's on track to make a future theft all but impossible, barring total annihilation of the party. At this rate, I think Trump could take all 50 states.

ReplyDeleteYou forgot Amy Klobuchar, the one hated by anyone that's ever worked for her:
