And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Gliders are not pressurized. Don't know about EU/German regs, but here in the US you need supplemental oxygen for crew any time you are operating for more than a half hour above 12.5K ft. Full time above 14K ft. Simple canulas will suffice below 17K ft, above that you need positive pressure full face mask.
That's interesting...in my day it was full-time at or above 15,000, cannnuli only to 18,000, though I used to wear mine to as much as 22,000 (with accompanying dizziness, I must admit).
