And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
One of couple attempts to slack-line between two balloons over Spain back in 2014 if I remember correctly. The guy's pants cover the rig's leg straps. Attempts were made from 10k ft so he could have gone 30 seconds or so before deploying his parachute.
I'd like to seen more of his fall, I wonder how long he waited for the parachute?
