That's the most water I've seen coming over Yosemite Falls all year.


Down where I live, the Cosumnes River this morning was just creeping out of it's banks and the main channel was filled with brown frothy water, moving fast.  

 It's good to watch that stream to judge the rainfall in the mountains, as there are no dams on it, and thus it's wild.

  1. It is a beautiful thing. Wish I had the means, and wind, to hike up to the top again. (No, I didn't mean straight up. Did it with my wife, winter of 78-79. To be young and stupid again.Sigh.
