I'll bet this thing accounted for it's share of UFO sightings.


  1. There were technical issues, certainly - though none that prevented it from being improved into the YB-49.
    The 49 had issues, as well, especially with stability, though these were almost certainly solvable - except for the huge political influence of Convair and it's B-36 ..
