And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Friday Open Road
Or, the art of the escape, and in the case of the image below, perhaps a bit too literally.
There used to be a place in Woodland, near here, named Jody's, that was kind of like that, and it did serve killer Mexican food. Cinder block construction, and velvet paintings on the walls of Aztec warriors carrying unconscious maidens - it was great.
The Chevy and dog one for me.Although the dude about to faceplant is pretty good.
