  4. Oooo! Love me some chicken hearts. Can't get them now where I live, ate the heck out of them all my life, grandma served them up at least once a week, she knew the value, and how good they are for you as a growing kid, just love the flavor and texture. Amy one know what they do with them now?

  5. Used to be you bought a chicken and the heart, liver, gizzard and neck were tucked into the cavity.

    1. If you get your fresh whole chickens at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, they have the chicken guts tucked in the cavity. My puppies love them.
