And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Really depends on your needs. Want it to hold up to the rigors of commercial jobsites, probably not. For the homeowner or builder they have capabilities that outstrip most users knowledge without a decade or so of experience. Having said that My dewalt of the same variety only has one complaint, and that is that I didn't spend the extra to get a 12in blade instead of the 10". It has successfully built three room additions with end runout maybe 1/2" over 10 linear feet in the end. That could for sure be my poor eyesight so what more could I ask for. I don't try to build fine cabinetry with a ball peen and chain saw either so these tools have their place.
I've got nothing for lugging that thing around or setting up the individually folding legs. The one a few days ago that was on wheels, but also folded up was way better.
Junk, trust me,as a carpenter/unrestricted builders license(with a lot of other useless certs.!)thru the years these things have always been a fail!
ReplyDeleteI have seen twice in a couple of years these things bearings(main blade shaft) wear very early/never liked any thing by skil for that matter.
The Bosch shown a few days ago if still built to standards of the one I bought a few decades ago the way to go!
