And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Interesting. The Boeing Insitu Integrator drone, also known as the RQ-21 Blackjack within the U.S. military, recently demonstrated its ability to drop a pair of small, precision-guided Shryke munitions.
In the video it says they've added 'kinetics' to the payload. The Israelis have been using concrete filled kinetic missiles to take out terrorists on the street without collateral damage. It would be easy to add a fuse and explosives to the missiles. Al_in_Ottawa
