I have a pair of Leupold binoculars. Not cheap, but good quality and I use them all the time.

  1. The best binoculars are image stabilized, and the best I've found are the ones from Sig because they are lighter than the rest with better stabilization.

    1. Better to pay for glass than gimmicks.

  2. Leopold backs there stuff. I've returned three 20+ yr old rifle scopes, a pair of 35 yr old porro prism binoculars, all just tired from use and age. They repaired the binoculars and repaired or replaced the scopes. I also recently returned newer binocs for breakage twice. They were replaced with no questions asked except would I accept a similar model.

  3. I have lots of Leupold scopes and a spotting scope. They're all great products.
That said, I have a Steiner 10x42 binocular that I purchased on sale for $300 a few years ago and absolutely love it. Handy as the pocket on a t-shirt and its quality is outstanding.

  4. I have an old pair of Leupold Yosemite 6x30’s. Still my go to’s hunting or boating. Very light weight and great clarity and light gathering for the compact size.
