And many of us know that this idiot will find a lawyer and sue the subway system for not having better locks on the doors thereby allowing him to "mistakenly" leave the car while it was moving.
Looks like he fell on the handgun in his right hand pocket. May have done himself a mischief, but the train wasn't really going fast enough for a proper job.
If he had bailed out facing the direction of travel, he might have saved it. Maybe.
And some judge will award this Einstein a large settlement instead of telling him, "You F'd around & you found out!"
